The FESSMAG Bacon press is a device used to compress, shape and pressurize products. Such machines are generally used in bacon production, whey squeezing, onion juice squeezing or similar processes. The bacon press is used to ensure that the pastrami gets the right consistency, maintain its shape and press it by applying pressure.
