FESSMAG Sausage peeler is a device used to remove the armor casing from the outside of the sausage, to access the contents of the sausage. Sausage peelers have control panels to adjust the sheath removal speed or other parameters. The knife or cutter mechanism used during the unsheathing helps to cut and remove the sheath.
